Tokenization of Real World Assets, data and rights<\/h2>\n

With the digital transformation of the financial industry, the topic of tokenization has gained enormous importance in recent years. The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) defines tokenization as “the digitalized representation of an (asset) value, including the rights and obligations contained in this value, as well as the transferability”.<\/strong>
\nA digital program, a so-called smart contract, is linked to the asset and maps the rights and obligations of the legal contract. These are digital represented by tokens, which are implemented on the blockchain. Based on token standards, vountain creates a blockchain-based database for RWA and equips them with unique and forgery-proof data. The result is a modular, universal NFT framework for the secure on-chain transaction of RWAs, such as historical and contemporary collectibles of all kinds. Together with experts, we analyze and validate the data of RWAs on a daily basis. We help owners, buyers, sellers and experts with the data collection of their RWAs, ensuring provenance, history and authenticity. In this way, vountain creates trust.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To fulfill all these requirements and more, and to connect the physical world with the digital world, our smart contracts combine the core elements and functionalities of existing markets and transfer them to the blockchain. Smart contracts offer a solution to this asymmetric dynamic. Expert opinions on all aspects of an asset are obtained and provide an additional layer of protection. All information is written into our smart contract, along with digital copies of the relevant physical documentation. Asset Management via vountain\u2018s dApp<\/h2>\r\nOur technology is modularly designed and equally applicable. We can therefore offer customized tokenization solutions for your RWAs. Our dApp therefore serves one purpose: the traceable, immutable storage of data on RWAs. <\/strong>This leads to greater transparency and comparability of assets in alternative markets and thus improved marketability. In order to achieve and present this transparency and credibility of data, vountain has developed a system that makes unique use of the blockchain and its possibilities. Because only authorized users, who can prove this using the role tokens assigned to them, which act as a key to the system, can add data to the system. However, this alone would not be enough: To ensure the independence and correctness of the data fed into the system independently of vountain, the data is data is checked and only written to the blockchain with the approval of another authorized person (request\/approval logic).
